Coaching

Coaching values your innate ability to learn, grow and manifest your potential. It does not seek to fix, diagnose or advise.
I help people navigate and lead themselves through times of chaos and challenge.
My lived experience and professional life has led me to specialise in working with the parents and carers of children and young people with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND).

I also work one to one with people who feel overwhelmed, stuck, burnt out or who are longing for something new to emerge in their lives. I find that working together and using Psychosynthesis approaches often leads people to resolve inner conflict and find answers.

Coaching with me can help you to:

Cope with chaos.

Explore big thoughts and feelings.
