Coaching

Coaching values your innate ability to learn, grow and manifest your potential.
I offer one to one and group coaching to all but tend to specialise in:

1. People wanting inner personal change for their own happiness and wholeness out of which flows wider external change.
2. Parents and carers of children and young people with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND).

My approach with clients is always to be person centred. I can draw on a variety of coaching approaches from branches of psychology, Psychosynthesis, mindfulness practices and systems thinking.
Together they provide a framework for us to work holistically and potentially at a deeper level that traditional coaching.
What you choose to work on is up to you. I listen to what you are saying (and not saying), ask open questions, offer observations or insights and invite you to try exercises and practices that have worked for me and other clients.

I offer clients the opportunity to:
-
Identify and update mindsets
-
Practice mindful identification and dis-identification
-
Connect to Self
-
Develop areas of agency (Will)
-
Work with sub personalities
-
Do inner work on 5 dimensions of leadership
-
Explore beyond the rational mind and include higher levels of our human experience.

When and where

After an initial conversation I usually contract for a package of 6 sessions, meeting weekly, fortnightly or monthly for either 60 or 90 minutes.

I offer sessions:
-
walking or sitting in pleasant green spaces (London parks, along the river or canal)
-
indoors at a mutually agreeable space
-
I also coach online, but prefer face to face.
I offer a free brief check in between sessions if needed.

Costs

For clients paying for themselves I have a sliding scale of charges between £50 and £150 based on your pre tax income.

Clients with low income income (under£30k) can pay what they can afford.

For organisations paying for staff to have coaching I base my charges on the budget available and the nature of the work.
I do some pro bono work.
